YesCheat
by JFronny
YesCheat is a Fabric server mod that turns off several vanilla anti-cheat checks and adds a set of quality-of-life changes that the server owner can switch on or off.
What it does
Most of the mod changes how the server validates player input. Its main effect is removing movement checks, which reduces rubber-banding for players on slow network connections. Other checks it loosens concern chest access, block break distance, container screens that stay open when a player moves away, and enchantment levels above 255. A server owner can also let villagers follow emerald blocks.
The mod runs on the server only, so players join without installing anything. It is open source under the MIT License and depends on Fabric API and LibJF, both of which must be installed on the server next to it. Files are published for Fabric across 29 release versions, 1.19 – 26.3, and the latest build, 26.3.0, is dated 2026-09-15.
Key features
Movement check removal
Vanilla movement validation is disabled, which reduces rubber-banding on servers with slow connections.
Relaxed container and block rules
Chests are never blocked, containers stay open when a player moves away, and break distance is not limited.
Enchantment cap removed
Enchantment levels are not capped at 255, so higher values can be applied.
Configurable features
Each quality-of-life feature is separate and can be turned on or off, so a server can keep only the ones it wants.
