World Primer
by masa
World Primer, a Forge server mod by masa, runs configured commands automatically when world events happen, such as world creation, dimension loading, player login and death.
What it does
Command lists are set in a configuration file and run on server events: a world being created or loaded, a dimension loading, a player joining, leaving, dying or respawning, and the server starting before worlds load. A dedicated command list covers scheduled or periodic commands, and another runs only when a specific dimension loads. Commands go in the file without a leading slash, and the in-game config menu can change the same options.
Each event has its own toggle in a separate Toggles category, so a command can be switched off without deleting or commenting it out. Filters let a command run only in a given dimension or at certain times. Server owners who test changes can enable the debug logging option. Commands in the file run without the slash, and World Edit commands are the notable exception, since they normally take a double slash in chat. The mod is published for 1.7.10 – 1.12.2 and is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
Key features
Event-triggered commands
Commands run when a world is created or loaded, when a dimension loads, and when a player joins, quits, dies or respawns.
Scheduled and dimension-specific commands
Periodic commands run on a timer, and a separate list runs only when a chosen dimension loads.
Per-command toggles
Each event has a toggle in a Toggles category, so commands can be disabled without editing out their lines.
Filters and debug logging
Command prefixes limit runs to specific dimensions or times, and an optional debug logging setting helps when testing.

How it compares
On Respawn Commands is a Forge server mod for 1.19.2 – 1.21.10 that runs commands on respawn, and it is not open source. OpLock is a Fabric mod for 1.19.1 – 1.21.1 under the MIT License and is open source. World Primer covers far more events than respawn alone, and it is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
