Winefox's Spellbooks
by Gardelll
Winefox's Spellbooks turns Touhou Little Maid maids into spellcasters, giving each maid a spellbook she can read and cast from during fights.
What it does
A maid receives a spellbook in her accessory slot, and the spells inscribed in it become part of her spell list. Spellbooks, imbued weapons and imbued armour pieces placed in her main hand, armour slots or Curios accessory slots are scanned too. She manages her own mana, respects spell cooldowns, picks spells that suit the situation and budgets them accordingly, strafes and repositions during combat, and plays a casting animation on her GeckoLib model.
Winefox's Spellbooks links Touhou Little Maid to Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, which means both must be present, and the mod's own requirements Curios and GeckoLib must be too. Installed addons from the Iron's Spells family take effect automatically, and the mod classifies several hundred spells across 15 addons. Missing addons cause errors. The spell level is the spell's own level plus the Affinity bonus from gear.
Installation covers the server and each player's game. It is published for NeoForge on Minecraft 1.21.1 only, under the MIT License, and is open source. The latest NeoForge file is 1.0.1, dated 2026-08-09.
