Whetstones

Whetstones lets a player repair a damaged tool by holding a whetstone in the off hand and right-clicking the tool held in the main hand.
What it does
Each whetstone restores a fixed amount of durability to a tool of a matching or lower tier. Wood tier tools recover 59 durability, stone tier tools 131, iron tier tools 250 and gold tier tools 32. Netherite repair tiers are also covered by the same rules, so a whetstone can work on tools of that material when the config allows it.
The repair behavior is controlled by two true/false options. One limits repairs to tools only, so armor and other items are left alone. The other allows a whetstone to repair only tools whose tier is lower than or equal to its own. A separate option takes effect only when the tools-only setting is enabled.
The mod is published for Forge and NeoForge across 14 release versions, 1.18 – 1.21.4, under All rights reserved. Client and server both need the mod, and it depends on SuperMartijn642's Config Lib and SuperMartijn642's Core Lib, which must be installed alongside it. The latest Forge file is 1.0.1-forge-mc1.21.4 for 1.21.4, released 2025-01-15.
