Vanilla Parts

by Juuz

Vanilla Parts lets ordinary vanilla blocks such as slabs, carpets and torches hold several parts within a single block space.

FabricQuiltClient and serverMozilla Public License 2.0Open source1.19.2

What it does

Blocks that normally fill a whole cell can be turned into multipart blocks, so several pieces occupy one block space. The mod uses the LibMultiPart approach and is compatible with LibMultiPart-based content. It runs on the client and the server, so both need it, and it requires Fabric API. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt for game version 1.19.2 only, with 2.1.0 as the latest file, released under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 and open source.

Key features

  1. Multipart vanilla blocks

Ordinary vanilla blocks such as slabs, carpets and torches can be turned into multipart blocks.

  2. Several parts per block

Multiple parts can share one block space, which lets slabs and similar pieces combine inside a single block.

  3. Slab support from other mods

Slabs from other mods are supported as well, not only the vanilla ones.
