Useful enchant
Useful enchant is a Forge mod for 1.20.1 that adds about 340 enchantments and curses built on its own enchantment system.
What it does
Enchantments in the mod cover a wide variety of effects, from convenience features to combat and mining. Some raise mining efficiency at higher levels, others let arrows call down lightning, home in on targets or fire rockets and torpedoes, and a group of space enchantments draws power from end crystals. Enchanted items can also grant pets or extra inventory space.
Enemy-side content adds stronger mobs such as a golden Ender Dragon and Pillager variants, which change how fights and crafting play out. The mod is aimed at survival worlds, and at multiplayer servers where the extra enchantments give a group more to explore. Entries that do not suit a player's taste can be turned off in the configuration.
The mod requires Patchouli and is installed on the Forge loader only. It runs on the client and the server, so both need it, and it is released under All rights reserved, so the code is not open source. Translations exist for English, Russian, Chinese and Japanese, and the mod supports JEI.
