Upgraded Ender Chests gives each player a larger ender chest, with two upgrade tiers that add storage on top of the vanilla inventory.
What it does
The Spatial Chest is an ender chest with double capacity: its first half matches the vanilla ender chest inventory, and the second half adds 27 more slots. The Rift Chest is a locked variant that, once placed, can only be opened by the player who placed it. Both are linked to the player rather than to a single block, so the contents follow the player across the world.
A hopper or pipe that tries to reach an upgraded ender chest only gets access while the owning player is online. The mod saves changed inventories so that a stored item is not duplicated or lost. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Files are published for Fabric and Forge, for 1.17 – 1.20.1 across nine release versions, under the MIT License, and the source code is open.
