Tool Update
Tool Update gives Forge tools a proficiency track that grows through regular use and can be spent on enchantment upgrades.
What it does
Tools accumulate proficiency each time they are used normally. Players open an upgrade interface with the H hotkey, pick an enchantment, and spend proficiency to complete the upgrade. The mod targets vanilla tool types and works with most vanilla enchantments, and it covers Minecraft 1.20.1 – 1.20.6 on Forge. Client and server both need it, and the source code is open under the Apache License 2.0.
