Thermal Enchantment adds a boot enchantment that stops damage from magma blocks, with a villager trade for obtaining it.

What it does

The enchantment lets boots prevent damage from magma blocks, giving the same protection that Frost Walker gives against cold surfaces, but it places no ice or water. Villagers can provide the enchanted boots as a trade, and the enchantment also appears as its own named enchantment for players who want it on their gear.

Only the server needs the mod, so players join without installing anything. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with the current release, 1.0, targeting 1.21.9 and 1.21.10. The mod is also available as a data pack for servers that prefer that format.

What the author says

This mod/datapack adds an enchantment called "Thermal" to the game. This enchantment is gotten from Villagers and can be put on boots. Having boots with this enchantment will prevent you from taking damage on magma blocks, the same effect you'd get from using frost walker except that this places no ice blocks on water.
