Lapis Advancements

by Ribbl

Lapis Advancements is a data pack that adds more than 40 advancements to the vanilla advancement tree, reordering some existing ones so the new entries fit.

FabricForgeNeoForgeQuiltServer required, client optionalCreative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.01.21 – 1.21.11

What it does

The pack extends the vanilla advancement tree with new goals such as Pirate License, which asks for nine ocean biomes, Flower Power, which asks for flowers, God Rainbow, which asks for coloured items and blocks, and Start Collection, which asks for a music disc. Some vanilla advancements are moved around so the new ones appear in an order that makes sense, and Sound Music is placed under Start Collection.

Visuals are also changed for a few vanilla advancements, for example Seedy Place uses a seed icon, and Frightening Arbalistic shows the enchantment glint because the enchantment is required to obtain it. The pack is built to stay close to the vanilla way of presenting advancements. Translations into German, French and Russian are listed, with more planned.

The pack is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with files for 1.21 – 1.21.11 and 1.21.11 as the latest version, under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license. It is not open source. A server must run it, while players may leave it out.

  3. Changed vanilla visuals
