Tab Name Tag

Tab Name Tag changes how player name tags look above heads so they match the tab list on the client.
What it does
On the client, the mod swaps the default name tags shown above players' heads for the names used in the tab list. Nicknames, prefixes and team-based colors that appear in the tab list are carried over to the in-world name tags. It is client-side only, so a server does not need it and players join without installing anything on the server side. Files are published for Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt, covering 1.20 – 26.3 across 24 release versions, and the mod is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
