Stratagems, from the Bloxy team, adds Helldivers-style stratagem items that players call in from a HUD list while holding a resupply item.
What it does
Stratagems adds the Helldivers stratagem system to Minecraft. A player who holds a Resupply Stratagems item opens a HUD list of the available stratagems and calls one in by its input code. The mod includes eight stratagems at launch, and the author notes that more are planned as the story of the setting moves forward.
The mod runs on Fabric and Forge for 1.20.1 only, and it needs Fabric API on Fabric. It is a client and server mod, so the server and every player need it, and the latest files, 1.1.0, date from 2024-08-30. Stratagems is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Modpacks, both personal and commercial, may include it.

Eight stratagems
Eight stratagems are included, each called in from the HUD list after a Resupply Stratagems item is equipped.
Throwable stratagems
Stratagems can be thrown, and the author notes that throw distance is a known limit that may change in later updates.
Explosion control
Explosion strength can be adjusted through the mobGriefing gamerule, so stratagems can be made weaker or stronger.
Planned additions
The author plans further stratagems as the in-game story progresses, and adjustments to the existing ones are also listed as planned work.

Helldivers : Crafted Democracy is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, and Create: Liberate is licensed as All rights reserved. Melonrock's Democracy Expansion is also Forge-only for 1.20.1, and it carries an All rights reserved license. Stratagems supports both Fabric and Forge, which the alternatives do not.
