What it does

Players hold Starcaller's Spear and use it to pull celestial bodies down from the sky. Each one is carried in the inventory as Stardust, which can be dyed to change the color of the body it came from. A pulled body reappears after 60 seconds, and a player can release it early by dropping the dust back into the sky. The last recolored body can be checked by inspecting its dust, and named bodies help players navigate by the sky.

The mod is aimed at play that leans toward toys and creative sky work rather than survival completeness, so its crafting recipe is included only as a way to obtain the spear. Paintings and color turf-wars are among the activities it supports. Starcaller depends on Fabric API, and its configuration lets a server choose a different seed and raise the limit by up to 7468 more objects, with resource packs able to supply the look of the sky.

  3. Named objects for navigation

780 vanilla objects carry unique names that players can use as landmarks when traveling.

Servers can change the seed and raise the limit by up to 7468 objects, with resource packs adding to the look.
