Spectral Enchantment adds an enchantment for bows that makes arrows apply glowing, in the way spectral arrows do.

What it does

The enchantment lets a bow fire arrows that apply the glowing effect to whatever they hit, so a target can be tracked after it is struck. The enchantment can be obtained from enchantment tables, loot chests and trading with villagers, so it is not limited to one source. Servers need the mod for the enchantment to exist, and players may join without installing it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, covering 1.21 – 26.3, and the code is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later.
