Spawner's And Eggs lets players craft spawner blocks and spawn eggs, with a new ore and a sword for the nether.
What it does
Spawner's And Eggs adds crafting recipes for spawner blocks and for vanilla spawn eggs. Spirit Crystals come from a new nether ore; crushing them into blank spawn eggs and blank boss eggs lets players craft spawn eggs for the wither, Ender Dragon, Guardian and Warden. A spawner is placed by right-clicking it with a spawn egg. The mod is available for Forge on 1.20.1 and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it under the MIT License, and it is not open source.

Craftable spawners
Spawner blocks can be crafted with new recipes instead of being found only in dungeons.
Spirit Crystals and Spirit Blade
Spirit Crystals are mined in the nether and combined into a sword that deals 7.5 damage and makes enemies glow.
Boss spawn eggs
Blank boss eggs crafted from Spirit Crystals produce spawn eggs for the wither, Ender Dragon, Guardian and Warden.
