Mineable Spawners

Mineable Spawners lets players break a spawner with a Silk Touch pickaxe and craft a new one from the parts they collect.
What it does
Spawners can be picked up after a player enchants a pickaxe with Silk Touch and breaks one with it. Breaking a spawner drops Spawner Shards at a 70% chance, and the shards are smelted into Spawn Ingots. A new spawner is built from Spawn Ingots combined with a soul, so each spawner type needs a different source.

A spawner is kept whole when broken with a Silk Touch pickaxe, so it can be moved and placed again.
Spawner Shards and Spawn Ingots
Breaking a spawner drops Spawner Shards at a 70% chance, and those shards process into Spawn Ingots for crafting.
Soul-based spawner types
Reinforced Spawners use a Sculk Soul from a Warden, End Spawners use an End Soul from the Ender Dragon, and Nether Spawners use a Nether Soul from a Blaze at a 0.2% chance.
