Sniper Enchantment adds a bow enchantment that raises arrow damage according to the distance to the target, with a maximum level of 5.

What it does

The enchantment can be obtained from enchantment tables, loot chests and trading with villagers, so a player can find it through normal play. Its effect scales with how far the target is from the shooter, up to its level cap of 5. The mod is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later, and its source code is public. Because the server has to run it, server owners install it there, and the client is optional.
