Sky High
Sky High recreates the original 2011 Skyblock inside Minecraft, so a new world can start on a single starter island in a dedicated dimension rather than on ordinary overworld spawn.
What it does
The mod places the player on a starter island in a Skyblock dimension instead of the overworld spawn. The original 2011 Skyblock challenge can then be played without installing custom maps. Three starter islands are available: a desert island, a nether island and a cave island. Each one spawns only when its dimension has not yet been loaded.
Settings are handled through five game rules, which can be changed on the game rules screen during world creation. Changes must be made before the world is created, because modifying them after the Skyblock dimension has been entered does not take effect. The Skyblock spawn rule works only in worlds that have not been created yet. Sky High is a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1, released under All rights reserved and not open source. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too.
