Simple AutoClicker

Each profile picks an action, such as a block use or an item use, and sets timings for it. The mod simulates the player pressing that action for a set number of ticks, and players can run several profiles at once, each with its own name, toggles and hotkey. A HUD overlay shows whether an autoclicker is enabled or disabled, and a configured hotkey opens the settings screen. Mod Menu is optional and adds a button that opens the same screen from the mod list.

Block use with a use duration of 1 places exactly one block per cycle, while a longer duration keeps placement going continuously. Item use holds right-click for consumables such as food and for a bow, and releases after the configured number of ticks. Timing is measured in client ticks, so 20 ticks equal one second at 20 TPS. Spam mode repeats the action with an interval of 0 and a delay before each repeat.

The mod is client-side only, so only the player's game needs it, and it runs on single-player and multiplayer clients alike. It is published for Fabric only, with files for 17 release versions, 1.21 – 26.3. Its code is All rights reserved and is not open source, though the source and issue tracker are public. Mod Menu is listed as an optional dependency.
