Simple Registry Aliases
by Patbox
Simple Registry Aliases lets a server owner map one registry entry onto another through a config file, so missing items, blocks and other entries can be swapped for existing ones.
What it does
Simple Registry Aliases exposes the registry aliasing that Fabric API provides in a simple, config-driven form. Both static registries, such as blocks and items, and dynamic ones, such as biomes and enchantments, can be aliased. Once the game loads, each alias takes effect without extra steps in the world.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything. It is a Fabric mod for the 1.21.4 – 26.3 range, published under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and it is open source.
Key features
Config-driven aliases
Each alias is written in a config file, so no code is needed to redirect one registry entry to another.
Static and dynamic registries
Blocks and items are covered alongside dynamic entries such as biomes and enchantments.
Missing-entry limit
An alias only works when the entry it replaces exists; if the original entry is used instead, the alias has no effect.
Compatibility

26.x5 of 5 versions with builds
1.21.x8 of 8 versions with builds

What the author says
It supports both static (blocks, items, etc.) and dynamic (biomes, enchantments, etc.) registries. For modded registries (through it also works in vanilla), the file should be named /.json, for example for registry magic_mod:spells the name is magic_mod/spells.json.
