RuSureQuit
RuSureQuit asks players to confirm before they leave a world, whether the exit closes a save, a multiplayer session or a realm.
What it does
When a player chooses to leave a singleplayer save, a multiplayer server or a realm, the mod opens a confirmation window first, so an accidental click on the exit button does not end the session at once. The window can be set to cover each kind of exit separately, and several exit screen styles are available to choose from.
The mod is a client-side only addition: players install it, and servers run without it. It requires Cloth Config API and Fabric API on Fabric, and Cloth Config API on Forge and NeoForge, and Mod Menu is optional for opening its settings from the mods list. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 17 game versions, 1.20 – 1.21.10, and the code is open source under the MIT License.
Key features
Exit confirmation window
A confirmation window appears before a save, multiplayer session or realm is closed, which helps prevent accidental exits.
Several exit screen styles
Players can choose among multiple styles for the confirmation screen, so it matches the look of the rest of the interface.
Settings panel
A settings panel exposes a high level of configuration, including which kinds of exit trigger the window.
OreUI-style buttons
Buttons in the confirmation window use OreUI button textures, taken from the OreUI-Recreation resource pack by tmc249.

The mod is an unofficial port that brings the QuitConfirm idea to Fabric, Forge and NeoForge from a single codebase.
