R.E.P.O. Love Potion

R.E.P.O. Love Potion adds a love-themed potion with an overlay, extra gameplay effects and a music disc to NeoForge worlds on 1.21.1.
What it does
The potion gives the player a love effect that changes how nearby creatures and crops behave. Creepers avoid players under the effect and explode only when provoked. Near a player under the love effect, mobs occasionally switch into breeding mode, and farmland crops ripen a little quicker.
Under the effect, the screen shows a love overlay and the player periodically hears a yippee sound. A config system controls how the overlay works, and it can be disabled for players who find it intrusive. Players can also exchange a set of love-themed sentences with nearby players who hold the potion, with 1,727,306 possible combinations.
The Love Remix music disc spawns flowers that spread love particles through the air, and a gamerule controls whether flower spawning happens. Installation requires Cloth Config API and TslatEffectsLib. The server and every player need the mod installed. Source code and the issue tracker are public, and it is released under the MIT License as open source.
