Random OneBlock
by Fab231
Random OneBlock turns a world into a single block that yields random items each time it is broken, and it also offers a Random Lucky Block.
What it does
Players create a new world with the OneBlock preset, which uses a Superflat generator and the Void world type. The game rule that generates the OneBlock is set to true, so the single block is placed when the world loads. Breaking the block drops items from a random pool, and the block then regenerates, while the Random Lucky Block does not.
The mod runs on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge with the same behavior on each loader. Because the drop pool is open to modded items, it works with other mods that add items to that pool, and the author suggests pairing it with more mods to make the challenge larger. Builds cover 1.20.1 and 1.21.8 – 1.21.11, with 1.1.0 as the latest file for each loader. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. The code is released under the Apache License 2.0, and the mod is not open source.

A player creates a OneBlock world and progresses from a single block, relying on the random drops to build up tools and materials.
Modded survival packs
Pack builders add other item mods so the drop pool carries modded items.
Who it’s for: Players who want a short minigame built on one block, and server owners who run a OneBlock challenge on a modded setup.
