RaiThaumcraftAdditions
RaiThaumcraftAdditions connects Thaumcraft's ritual and infusion machines to Applied Energistics 2 networks on Forge for 1.7.10, so crafting and storage can run through the grid.
What it does
Thaumcraft rituals run on the AE2 network and join the grid as machines of their own. The Arcane Assembler is a network node that carries its own grid connection, so a cable is not needed next to it. Its results go straight into storage, and patterns pushed into an adjacent Interface work as well. Jars, tubes and other aspect containers within 16 blocks are found automatically, and the assembler takes acceleration cards and can be set up to run up to five crafts at once, each costing 40 progress. Its room is large enough for big recipes, with 18 input and 18 output slots, which fits the widest recipes.
The Infusion Crucible is handled the same way. Ingredients are laid out in the grid and a machine is picked, then the Infusion Matrix Crucible encoder resolves against Thaumcraft's own recipe lists. The encoder grid holds ghost stacks, so the configuration uses no real items and nothing is consumed or dropped when a block breaks. One set of ingredients can match more than one recipe, and the catalyst decides which result is made, depending on essentia. The encoder lets a player pick one stamp. Players feed an AE2 Blank Pattern and take out the finished Infusion Crucible Pattern.
Four pylons sit symmetrically around the matrix, two blocks out and at the same level, and they keep the matrix free of instability. The mod is licensed under the MIT License and is not open source. It is published for Forge only, for 1.7.10.
Key features
Ritual network node
Thaumcraft rituals join the AE2 grid as a network machine, not a glorified chest, and the assembler carries its own grid connection.
Crafting pattern encoder
Lay out ingredients in the grid, pick a machine, and the encoder resolves the recipe against Thaumcraft's lists using ghost stacks.
Infusion pylon stabilisation
Four pylons placed symmetrically around the matrix hold it at zero instability, and forcing can be turned off to use ordinary stabilisers.
Configurable formation check
Distance and height of the pylons set whether a complete formation forces full stabilisation, and the behaviour is configurable.

How it compares
Essentia Pipes is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later, and it runs on client and server for 1.7.10, so it moves essentia through pipes instead of crafting through AE2. Matrix, Speak to me! is client-side only under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license and is not open source, so only the client needs it. EzacianCraft - Thaumcraft Addon is also client and server for 1.7.10 under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license.

What the author says
Infusion and crucible crafts are the two things a thaumaturge ends up doing by hand a thousand times over. RaiThaumcraftAdditions turns both into ordinary AE2 crafting steps: encode the ritual onto a pattern, drop the pattern into the Arcane Assembler, and the network can request the result like any other item —…
