Pulsetech
by hyperlynx
Pulsetech is a NeoForge technology mod that sends data through single lines of vanilla Redstone using pulse patterns.
What it does
Commands and parameters travel over one line of Redstone dust as timed pulses, and a Pattern Emitter and Pattern Detector together can carry hundreds of distinct codes. Pulsetech also adds machines that use pulsed Redstone, from a Coil Cannon and Screen Scanner to an Orb Projector, and a Console with a scripting language that can control a whole base from one command prompt.
Players can connect Redstone contraptions across the world through a network managed from one place. The Console accepts macros and parameters, and the mod's machines can break and place blocks, sense nearby mobs, build intricate display systems and grab or move entities. Pulsetech is built around these pulse patterns, so machines are operated with set commands.
Pulsetech runs on NeoForge for 1.21.1 only. It is a client and server mod, so the server and every player need it. Public links exist for the source code and the issue tracker, and the mod is released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0 license, so it is not open source.

Pulse-driven machines
A Coil Cannon, Screen Scanner and Orb Projector are operated with set commands and pulse patterns, and some break and place blocks automatically.

A scripting language in the Console can control machines, with macros and parameters that cover an entire base from one command prompt.
