Pozitification
by kasperoid
Pozitification lets players crawl, sit, lie down and take other poses, with the pose state shared across every player who has the mod installed.
What it does
The mod adds crawling, sitting, lying down and other poses to the ordinary gameplay of a Fabric world. A pose is chosen through a key binding and held until the player stands up or switches to another available pose. Posture changes are shared, so each player sees the poses of others correctly on a server.
Positioning takes the shape of the surface into account, and partial blocks are read by their collision shape instead of being treated as solid cubes. Low ceilings change how a crawl fits. Crawling suits narrow spaces, exploration, roleplay and screenshots, while lying down gives a lower, more relaxed scene. The mod is published for Fabric only, for game versions 26.1 – 26.2, and it is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
Since the pose state is synchronized, the server and each player need the mod, which matches the client and server environment. Pozitification is aimed at multiplayer servers, social builds, roleplay servers and machinima as well as single-player worlds.
Key features
Crawling, sitting and lying down
Players can crawl, sit or lie down, and stay low to the ground while moving.
Synchronized poses
Pose changes are sent to players who have the mod, so everyone sees the same posture on a server.
World-aware positioning
Placement is based on collision shape, so partial blocks and uneven surfaces are handled correctly.
Configurable controls
Each pose is assigned its own key through the standard Controls menu, so the layout can be changed freely.
