Photon & EpicFight

by 37250977

Photon & EpicFight is a Forge tool that lets the Photon particle editor preview Epic Fight skeletal animations and bind effects to specific bones.

ForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.20.1

What it does

Photon & EpicFight connects the Photon particle editor to the skeletal animation system, so an effect can be previewed against a player clone that plays those animations in real time. The clone follows the player's gear and vital stats each frame. An effect is bound to a named bone such as Root, Chest or Head, and its position and rotation update live as the bone moves. A fuzzy-matching dropdown suggests bone names while typing, drawn from the armature.

Outside the editor, effects can be bound to a player's bones in-game with commands. Players and server owners can play or stop an effect on a named bone, list the available effects, and toggle the preview with a photon preview command, which supports Tab completion. The mod requires Epic Fight, LDLib and Photon Editor, and is published for Forge 1.20.1 with build 1.0.4.
