Pearl Detector
Pearl Detector is a Fabric client mod that reacts when ender pearls and wind charges are thrown, changing how they are rendered and playing sound cues.
What it does
Projectiles thrown within sight of the player get a sound cue as soon as they leave the hand, and the mod keeps the sound silent for ones that are out of view. Rendering of ender pearls and wind charges is tweaked in scale and lighting so they stand out during fights and travel.
The mod needs MidnightLib, a configuration library, to be installed alongside it. It is client-side only, so servers do not need it. Pearl Detector is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and has files for 1.19.4 – 1.21.11.
