NoPlayerName

by WoodEXPLOSIVE

NoPlayerName lets a client hide other players' name tags with a configurable key, so a player can toggle name visibility on demand.

FabricClient-side onlyCustom license1.21.6 – 26.2

What it does

A key, set to a default in the controls menu, switches the name tags of other players on and off on the client. Only the client needs the mod, so players can join servers without installing anything on the server side. Translations in English, Deutsch and Nederlands are included in the release builds.

The mod is published for Fabric only, with files for 1.21.6, 1.21.8, 1.21.9, 1.21.11 and 26.2. It requires Fabric API, and its license is a custom one, so the code is not open source.

Key features

  1. Toggle name tags

A push button hides or shows the name tags of other players while the game is running.

  2. Configurable key

The toggle key has a default binding that can be changed in the controls settings.

  3. Translated interface

The option labels are available in English, Deutsch and Nederlands.
