New Visual Keybing
With New Visual Keybing installed, a player can see every keyboard, mouse and wheel input on one visual layout and check what each key does.
What it does
The mod presents keyboard and mouse layouts on screen so players can inspect, filter and change key usage across a modpack. Bindings can be filtered by mod, by status and by search text, and the mod shows which keys are unused, which belong to the current mod, which belong to another mod and which clash.
Profiles let a player keep several sets of bindings and move between them. Several keyboard layouts are available, and the mod can hide keys that belong to mods that are not selected. Fabric API is required on every loader, and the mod is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for 1.19 – 26.2. The code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
Key features
Live input display
Keyboard, mouse and wheel inputs are drawn on a visual layout that updates as keys are pressed.
Binding filters
Bindings can be narrowed by mod, by status or by free-text search to find a specific control quickly.
Conflict view
Each key is labeled as unused, bound to the current mod, bound to another mod or in clash, so overlaps stand out at a glance.
Details panel edits
Bindings can be unbound, rebound or given a new priority directly from the details panel.
Profile management
Key binding profiles can be saved, renamed, applied, imported and exported as separate files.
