neverfake's Low Health Warning plays a warning sound once a player's health falls below a threshold the player sets in the config.

What it does

The mod is a lightweight Fabric client mod that plays a warning sound whenever health drops under a configurable threshold. The sound, its volume and pitch, the health threshold and a cooldown between warnings can all be adjusted through Mod Menu, so a player can tune how often the alert fires during normal survival play or harder fights such as boss battles.

Only the client needs the mod, and it changes no gameplay mechanics, so servers run without it. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.20.1 – 1.21.5, with 1.1.0 as the latest file for 1.21.5. The code is released under the MIT License, and it is not open source. Installation consists of placing the jar in the mods folder.
