NEpicloob NeonSword changes Epic Fight's weapon swing trails into bright neon glows for players on Forge 1.20.1.

What it does

Each swing of a weapon leaves a trail, and this mod recolors those trails with a neon glow. The effect applies to Epic Fight's swing trails, which is the only visual it changes. Players who want a stronger or softer look can adjust the blade effect brightness in the in-game configuration screen, along with the block lighting color and block lighting temperature settings.

Some brightness options only take visible effect when a shader pack is enabled. If trail colors look wrong, such as white trails appearing yellowish, the shader is the likely cause, and the author suggests using Oculus or Iris instead. The mod is built for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge and runs on the client alone, so a server does not need it. It is published under All rights reserved and is not open source.
