Neo Enchant+
by Hardel-DW
With Neo Enchant+ installed on a server, the enchanting table and anvil can apply a set of new enchantments that the mod adds through Minecraft's data-driven enchantment system.
What it does
The mod adds a suite of new enchantments and makes them available at the enchanting table and the anvil. Enchantments can be changed through data, so a server owner can adjust how each one works or which items it applies to. The enchantments also appear in the creative inventory, so they can be obtained without a survival run.
Neo Enchant+ is also distributed as a data pack, so it can be installed without a mod loader on a server that supports data packs. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 14 release versions, 1.21 – 26.2, and snapshot builds are published as well. It is not open source; the license is custom. Servers need the mod to run its enchantments, while a client can work either way, so players may leave it out. Optional add-ons include BeyondEnchant, NE+ Addons - Structure, Yggdrasil and Yggdrasil Alternative.
Key features
Enchanting table and anvil support
The new enchantments can be applied at the enchanting table and combined at the anvil like vanilla ones.
Editable enchantments
Each enchantment is defined in data files, so server owners can change its behavior to suit their world.
Creative menu entries
The enchantments appear in the creative inventory, so they can be placed on items without being found first.
Enchantment descriptions
When an enchantment description mod is present on a client, each new enchantment can show its own description.
Structure add-on enchantments
The NE+ Addons - Structure add-on places every enchantment in the enchanting table, which can unbalance the game.
