NCL Skins
by NaoCraftLab
NCL Skins gives players one place to build, save and switch complete looks made of a skin, a cape and a model type.
What it does
Each saved look stores a skin, the Classic or Slim arm model, a cape, Elytra visibility and the second-layer settings, so one click switches between full appearances. Players can edit a look with a rotatable, zoomable preview of the player model, search, duplicate or delete looks, and configure the hat, jacket, sleeves and pants layers separately before saving. The interface is available in English, German, Russian and Ukrainian.
The looks library is shared by every Minecraft instance on the same computer that uses the same account. Skins can be imported from a file or a direct link, and the mod can look up a player's current skin using a name or UUID. It detects whether the account uses the Classic or Slim model and switches the editor to match.
NCL Skins is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only and is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with files for 26.3, 26.2, 26.1.2 and 26.1 and for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. It requires Fabric API on Fabric. Minecraft SQLite JDBC and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) are optional. The mod is client required and server optional, so players need it and a server may add the server-side part to make their capes visible to other players.
Key features
Complete looks

Capes can be imported from files or taken from active resource packs, including bundled Mojang cape collections, and searched by name.
Source selection
Players choose where skins and capes come from and set a priority, mixing local appearance with Minecraft, OptiFine, SkinMC and Sneaky Capes sources.
