Misc Additions, a Fabric mod by Sn0wix, adds battle axes, music discs, lapis and redstone armor, cookies, copper doors and a set of other items to vanilla play.
What it does
The mod adds battle axes with a charging attack, several music discs from a set of three tracks, equipment made from lapis and redstone, golden chain and lantern items, and an azalea wood set. Chainmail armor changes crafting for cookies and cake, and certain trader llamas can carry some of the new items. End Relay is a block that works like a waystone for travelling to the End, and other additions cover popcorn, sweet berries, copper doors and trapdoors, and gunpowder barrels.
Misc Additions runs on the client and on the server, so both sides need the mod. It is published for Fabric only, across five release versions: 1.18.1, 1.19.2, 1.20.1, 1.20.2 and 1.20.4. The latest file is 0.3.0 for 1.20.1, released on 2024-04-08. Fabric API is a required dependency and must be installed alongside it. The code is open source under the MIT License, and the project has public links for its source code, issue tracker and wiki.

Battle axes
Battle axes deal significant damage, but a full swing needs a longer charging time, and a hit can briefly blind the target.
Music discs
New discs are scattered across three Minecraft dimensions and are meant to be collected for their sound.
Lapis and redstone equipment
Equipment made from lapis and redstone adds bonus luck for enchanting and extra damage, and it can be upgraded to netherite.
End Relay block
The End Relay block gives players a reliable way to reach the End, and it explodes when used in the wrong dimension.

Crossbow Expansion is Fabric-only for 1.19.4 – 1.21.1, with a client and server environment and a license that reserves all rights, so its code is not open source. Vibes is Fabric-only for 1.16.2 – 1.20.6 and open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. Motley's Music Discs is open source under the MIT License, for 1.19.2 – 1.19.4, and adds only discs.
