Minecraft:Thundering
by Technnare
Minecraft:Thundering adds enchantments that can only be obtained through new structures, drawing much of its design from Minecraft Dungeons.
What it does
The enchantments are built around combat: a poison cloud melee attack whose strength grows with level, a healing melee attack, and a lightning attack that strikes nearby entities, which can also hit pets and allies. A thunder aura brings a storm to the horizon, and a tridents-based method is described for farming it. A ninja mark enchantment gives super speed to a player who wears a piece of armor. The mod also includes a village and a desert temple with their own content, and a data pack that implements a few combat-related crafting recipes, including a notch apple recipe and blocking swords via a shield and sword in the crafting grid.
The mod requires Fabric and is published for Fabric only, with files for 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.7, 1.21.8, 1.21.9 and 1.21.10. The latest Fabric file is 3.4.2 for 1.21.10. The server needs the mod, while clients can run without it. A data pack version is also available, and the author notes that resource packs can be used with it to change its appearance. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
