What it does

Weapons and armor from the mod carry level requirements that work with LevelZ, so gear becomes usable as a player's level rises. It needs Advanced Combat (Revitalized) and LevelZ installed alongside it. The mod runs on client and server, so both sides need it, and it is released under the MIT License without being open source. Its only published build targets 1.20.1.
