Jukebox Particles
by Roundaround
Jukebox Particles draws music notes above jukeboxes, a visual effect that Bedrock Edition already shows.
What it does
Jukebox particles appear as music notes rising from a playing jukebox. The Java edition particles keep appearing for a while even after a disc has stopped, so the mod is set to stop them at the end of a track, in the same way parrots keep dancing after the music ends. Only the client needs the mod, and servers run without it. Builds exist for 1.18.2 and 1.19, with 1.0.0 for 1.18.2 as the latest Fabric file. The mod is released under the MIT License and is open source.
Key features
Music notes over jukeboxes
Notes drift upward from a jukebox while a disc is playing, copying an effect from Bedrock Edition.
Particles stop with the track
The notes end when a disc finishes, so they do not carry on after the sound has gone quiet.
Client-side visual
Only players install the mod, and the effect is drawn on each client without any server changes.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.

Due to a limitation in the Java edition of Minecraft, the particles will continue to appear even after the actual sound file finishes playing, similar to how parrots will continue to dance. Since Mojang has added this functionality to jukeboxes in 1.19.4, I will no…
