Item Frame Color lets players dye item frames and give them colors, using the 16 wool colors as the palette.

What it does

Players sneak and right-click an item frame with a dye to recolor it, and the mod adds 16 wool color item frames for building. Crafting an item frame glow item frame with a dye is possible from version 3.0 onward, and sneaking with a water bucket breaks a colored item frame. Older item frames stay compatible with the 3.0 release.
