Instant Air Replenish
by Brazmann
Instant Air Replenish, a Fabric server mod, restores the older oxygen regeneration through a gamerule, so breath refills at once instead of slowly over time.
What it does
Breath regeneration after leaving water is gradual in current versions. This mod brings back the earlier behavior, where breath is restored instantly. The change is controlled by the gamerule toggleOldAirReplenish, which is set to true by default and can be changed by an operator with a command. The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing it, and it covers 1.20 – 1.20.3 under the MIT License, though the code is not open source.
