With Incendium Legacy installed on a server, the nether gets a full overhaul, with new biomes, structures to explore, unique weapons and tougher mobs.

What it does

The pack reworks the nether from the ground up, well beyond the changes made in the Nether Update. New biomes take the place of the standard nether layout, and challenging structures appear across them, each holding loot worth searching for. Unique weapons can be obtained in those structures, and several mobs are built to be tricky to defeat.

Incendium Legacy is a datapack, so it works on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt alike and is also available for data pack servers. The server must load it, while players may join with or without it, so the client side can be left out entirely. Files are published for 1.18.2 – 26.3 across 30 release versions, with the latest file, 5.5.4+26.3, dated 2026-10-12. The project is released under a custom license and is not open source. Incendium Biomes Only requires Incendium Legacy.
