With Holograms, server owners place floating text, items, entities and particles in the world, and players see them from a distance.
What it does
Holograms lets a server create holograms that stay in the world. A hologram can show formatted text, which remains visible from a longer distance than ordinary text, or it can display an item in a static or rotating pose, a live entity, or a particle effect. An invisible clickable element can be set to run a command when a player clicks it, and line spacing can be adjusted between the lines of a text hologram.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything. It is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and is open source, with public links for the source code, the issue tracker and a wiki. Builds are published for Fabric and Quilt across 11 release versions, 1.17 – 1.20.1, and snapshot builds are also published. The author suggests using the Holo HD mod in place of this one.
