Hex Conjuring

by demonpie

Hex Conjuring is a Hex Casting addon that adds patterns for conjuring pickaxes, axes, swords, shovels and scythes from a spell.

FabricForgeClient and serverMIT LicenseOpen source1.19.2

What it does

Hex Casting is required, and Hex Conjuring builds on it by adding new patterns. A caster uses these patterns to create a tool of a chosen kind, and the number the caster supplies sets how much durability the conjured tool receives. Each tool is produced directly from the spell rather than crafted from materials.

Hex Conjuring is published for Fabric and Forge, and only for 1.19.2, where the latest files are 1.0.1 for both loaders, dated 2024-10-09. Installation covers the server and each player's game. The code is open source under the MIT License, and public links to the source and a wiki are available.

Key features

  1. Conjured pickaxes

A pattern creates a pickaxe whose durability is set by the value the caster puts into the spell.

  2. Conjured axes and swords

Matching patterns produce axes and swords, each taking its durability from the supplied number.

  3. Conjured shovels and scythes

Shovels and scythes can also be conjured with the same approach, completing the set of tool types.

  4. Player entity input

Patterns accept a player entity as the target that receives the conjured tool.
