Hat command

Hat command lets players put any held item on their head through a chat command, and server owners can control who may use it.
What it does
Players run a command to place the item in their main hand onto the head slot, so a block or item can be worn as a hat. Server owners get permission nodes to decide who may use the command, including a permission that lets a player wear a head that is otherwise bound by the Curse of Binding. A usage command shows how the feature works from inside the game.
The mod is written for Fabric and runs on a server alone: only the server needs it, and players join without installing anything. It requires Fabric API. Files exist for 15 game versions 1.17 – 1.20.4, with v2.6.0-1.20.4 for 1.20.4 as the latest, released on 2024-01-03. The code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, and the first release came out on 2022-06-29.
The author also notes that the mod has a translation for Russian and English, and it supports permission plugins such as LuckPerms.
