Grizzly bear mod adds grizzly bears to the world, spawned naturally in taiga biomes for players who explore cold forests.
What it does
Grizzly bears generate in taiga terrain, so a world gains a new kind of wildlife without any structure or command needed. Their behavior includes attacking small animals nearby, which gives the forest a predator that players can observe or avoid while travelling.
The mod targets survival worlds and multiplayer servers that want more fauna in cold biomes. Fabric API has to be installed next to it, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. Files are published for Fabric across 16 release versions, 1.16.2 – 1.20.1, and the source code is available under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, which makes it open source.
