Force Lowercase Commands Maintained converts the command name typed in chat to lowercase before the message is sent, so SPAWN and spawn behave the same.
What it does
Players who type command names in capitals, such as SPAWN or HELP, have them converted to lowercase automatically. Only the command name is changed; any arguments that follow stay exactly as typed, so message content is left alone. The mod runs on Fabric and only the client needs it, for game versions 1.21.9 – 26.1.2. Its code is custom-made and the license is All rights reserved, so the source is not open source.
