Better Chat Hide keeps the chat window out of view until a player opens it on purpose, which helps when recording clips.

What it does

The chat stays hidden during play and appears only when the player opens it manually. A toggle command switches the behavior on and off, so chat can be hidden whenever it is not needed. The mod is client-side only, so players install it alone and servers do not need it. It is published for Fabric and covers 1.21 – 26.1.2 across 14 release versions, with 26.1.2 as the latest file. The code is not open source and is distributed under All rights reserved.
