食物增强
by ming_hai
With 食物增强, a player who eats many different foods earns permanent bonuses to health, armor and attack damage, and the mod offers three ways to trigger them.
What it does
Each food a player eats counts toward a bonus only when the mod allows it, and the player receives a permanent +1 Health, +1 Armor or +1 Attack Damage when the trigger is met. Eating food adds to an accumulated hunger value, and each time that value reaches a configured threshold the bonus increment starts again. Bonuses disappear when the player exits the game or dies.
Three bonus modes are selectable in the configuration file. One fires once accumulated saturation passes its limit; another fires each time a new allowed food is eaten; the third fires after a set number of new allowed foods. Food whitelists and blacklists decide which foods count. An empty whitelist allows every food, while a non-empty one lets only listed foods trigger bonuses, and the blacklist takes priority over the whitelist.
The mod is published for Forge and NeoForge, for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, and is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Cloth Config API, Just Enough Items (JEI), Kaleidoscope Cookery and Kaleidoscope Tavern are optional dependencies, and the Kaleidoscope Tavern compatibility arrived in version 3.0.3.

Food whitelists and blacklists

How it compares
Nature's Appetite is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later, is client and server, and covers 1.20.1 – 1.21.1 on Forge and NeoForge. Systems Reworked: Hunger & Health is NeoForge only for 1.21.1, under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike 4.0 license and not open source. 食物增强 covers the same two loaders and version range with a different bonus system, under a non-commercial license.
