Food Info Tooltips shows the values of food items in their tooltips, so hunger and saturation can be read before eating.

What it does

Hovering over a food item in an inventory brings up a tooltip with its hunger and saturation values, which removes the need to memorize them or look them up. The mod is client-side only, so only the client needs it and a server can run without it. It requires Fabric API, and files are published for Fabric 1.19.3 only, with 1.0.0 as the latest file, released under the MIT License (not open source).
