Feline Warfare
by Ps1cho
Feline Warfare, a Ps1cho mod for Fabric and Forge, adds weapons, enchantments and combat mechanics inspired by the Battle Cats universe.
What it does
Staffs in the mod conjure a Surge that pushes enemies away with horizontal knockback, which gives players a way to keep groups at a distance. Bane's Staff goes further: its stronger Surge applies a custom Curse debuff that strips enchantments from enemies and blocks debuffs from being applied to the player. Enemies struck by a Bane's Surge are caught in a towering column of energy that damages everything inside it. Surge levels set how long the effect lasts, with level 1 running for 1 second and level 2 for 2 seconds.
Cursed enchantments are disabled on enemies, including Protection, Thorns and Fire Aspect. Cursed Husks cannot inflict Hunger, cursed Strays cannot apply Slowness, and cursed Cave Spiders cannot poison. The effects work generically against mobs, modded ones included, and the magical damage from the mod bypasses armor. The crafting chain is tied to the Nether, where rare soul-infused ores are mined and refined into components for forging new weapons. Geckolib is required, and the mod runs on client and server, so both the server and every player need it. Builds exist for 1.20.1 – 1.20.6, released under All rights reserved.
